Fun Day in Driggs for the Celebrate America Fireworks.

little update

Just a little update for everyone on the Trogdon family. We are finishing up a application to go to Boise state in Sept hopefully. It will be for a doctorate in material science. We are currently trying to figure out if we can go to Canada to work for the summer but not sure how that is gong t turn out. If not the. Maybe we will go to Washington for a little bit to work for Tyler's old boss meat cutting. We are hoping that something will come up. May e will will still just get a job. We are still applying for them as well and just kinda playing the waiting game all over again.  so we are anxious t see what will happen I will keep this updated when something does come up. As for other exciting news. Tara and Jenna have taken their first steps! Tarawa first on the 17th of June and Jenna 3 days later on the 20th. We are so proud of them and their accomplishment.

Fun in the Sun

Memorial Day we went to the beach! It was tons of fun to play in the water with the girls, but it was freezing! BRrrrrrrr! It was sure hot out though. They loved playing in the sand and grass and just being outside. Tyler and I got really burnt! Good thing we are smart enough to put it on Jenna and Tara, but dumb enough to not put it on ourselves. It was awesome though to let the girls just play and at the end they really started getting tired. 

Got pretty worn out. But everything is okay if I have some sort of blanket and My THUMB!

The Girls love playing in blankets so we put one over some chairs and made a kinda tent and played in it together. Hair got so crazy!!! So cute.

Tara's toenail was ripped up by the door and so now is all white and her toe got a little infected but is much better now. She is pretty tough, took the first time like a champ.

Tara also loved when her face is stroked and falls asleep in just a few minutes of it. We just love them both so much. They are so fun and sweet! 

Spring Days

The girls love being outside and playing on the deck, and playing in the dirt of the planters. As well as pulling the flowers. But surprisingly they are still doing fairly well. They were my mothers day gift and I absolutely love them! One day I went and got the girls some sun hats, the sun has been pretty hot the last few days, and they loved taking them off and trying to put them back on them selves. They are pretty independent little ones. Love to do it all themselves!

goings on

A couple weeks ago I got to take the girls to Oregon and Boise for a few days to spend with family! It was so nice to see them and just hang out for a few days. Got to spend time with Dad while we were there and saw Mom a couple days later. It was so nice to see them, as they just got home from their mission not to long ago. They had some great experiences to share!

Jenna is a pro at standing on her own. She just gets up when ever she wants now and stands till she finds something more interesting!:) She stood by herself for the first time on Sunday the 11 while we were in relief society.
