DannyBoy!

Danny is the cutest little baby ever! He is so happy most of the time! I Just can't believe he is one year old already! He used to be so small and now he is walking! His laugh is the cutest thing! Danny loves to take little pieces of his food when he is in his high chair and slowly drop them to the floor one at a time. Grrrr. But so cute the way he does it. Its like he is contemplating something very deep. He loves his sisters and follows them everywhere and cries when they are not around. He is a really great sleeper. He loves pancakes and hotdogs, which is really weird. Who would have thought! He is so hard to get to sleep in church but once he is out he is out hard! He is very talkative and social with people, but also very attached to me and hates it when I leave him with people or even with Tyler. He also loves to be outside. Every time the door opens he bolts towards the Door. We love him so much and love getting to know him better every day.  

My GoofBall Tara!

Tara is such a great little girl! She is smart and so funny! She loves to play with her sister and coming up with new games to play!  She loves to sing; always making up songs as she goes. Her favorite song right now is I Am A Child Of God, and always sings it as loud as she can (which Jenna hates). Tara loves to dress up any chance she gets. She is always putting bows and headbands in her hair and putting on fashion shows. She loves to make funny faces as the camera. She loves to play with her friends outside and she just started preschool and loves it! She gets soo excited everyday that she gets to go. She makes new friends so easily and loves people in general and playing any kind of game with them. She is a great sport. She loves to ride horses and always wants to go to Canada so we can ride horses! :) she always asks about when we can go to grandmas or to mor mor's; or to go see Jo jo. Her favorite things to do are: go to the zoo, play outside, ride her bike, do puzzles (First thing every morning she brings a puzzle onto my bed and asks me to do puzzles with her) go to the library, and help mom bake in the kitchen. Her favorite foods are:  Macaroni and cheese, Popsicles, cookies, pancakes and pizza.

Sweater

After a full year of working on this sweater, with large hiatus in the middle of that year, I finally finished knitting this sweater. I am kinda proud of how it turned out and it fits and everything! :) I wish they didn't take so much time to make or I would make a few!

ZOO Time!

The kids love to go to the zoo! A couple friends and I all went in on zoo passes together for the year so we go any chance we get! Their favorite animals are the crocodiles, Elephants, Lions and Bears. Tara is our little tour guide and carries the map practically everywhere and points to the next place we have to go next! She gets so excited to see everything but never wants to slow down long enough to really look at the animal once we get there!

Whereas Jenna is willing to just watch them for any amount of time. She likes the monkeys for than Tara is and loves to watch them climb all over. They both love the carousel! Obviously! But Jenna loves to take pictures and has the biggest smile! And loves to pose for pictures!

Danny mostly just quietly watches and doesn't whine and complain, or get too excited! Mostly by the end he is exhausted and just wants to sleep, so he falls asleep in my arms while we ride the train at the end!

Life's adventures!

This summer has been full of adventure! The kids and I Went to Canada. I ran a half-marathon! We went to the Gilliam Family Reunion! We had a zoo pass and went a lot over the summer! We moved into a bigger apartment. Danny and Jenna and Tara all had birthdays. Danny Started walking and the girls started preschool! So many Fun and great things to bring us closer together! We love spending time together and learning from each other as we go.

I will be starting to write in here every day and hope to write about all these things in more detail and bring in some pictures to go along with them! This time and these memories are things I want to cherish and hope to never forget and what better way to do this than to put pictures and stories together!
